My mother made a batch of chocolate coconut cookies, and they're just scrumptious. I've already consumed a good dozen, although they're about the size of quarters so a dozen isn't much. Very crunchy with the right amount of sweetness. I hate soft, crumbly cookies.Someone told me "love" was a weak, nondescript word. I would be terribly disappointed if I needed to explain why she was wrong.
