oh my GAWD i bought a new box of cereal and they are so addictive. much more so than honey nut cheerios. it's a HUGE box and i've eaten most of it in four days. brown rice flakes. like cornflakes, except made out of brown rice and not corn...mixed with plain yogurt it's like heaven.
