Last night I painted some t-shirts.
#1 was a gray stretchy small tshirt from Banana Republic on which I took hours to write the entire Lucky speech (from Waiting for Godot). The whole passage was written in navy blue and I will probably paint something on the back with silver paint.
#2 was a small red spaghetti strap tank top from the Gap, I remember buying it with Julia and then going to Banana Republic and finding another red tanktop that I really liked. (But I couldn't buy it because I'd just bought that other tanktop! The BR one was in a prettier shade of red. Grr.) Anyway, I've painted on a rough sketch of the P picture from the Chinese Obelisks. It's the author from the back, and it says "P was a Place he did not know at all". The paint I used was a sparkly pink, but it just looks silver on the red fabric.
#3 is a stretchy black top, short-sleeved. I painted on the N picture from the Chinese Obelisks on this one, the one that says "N was a Notice that caused him dismay". I used the pink sparkly paint on this one too, and it actually looks pink! On a whim, I also wrote "GOREY" in capital letters at the very bottom of the t-shirt, near the hem. I was going to write "READ GOREY" but then decided I didn't have enough room. I want to eventually paint "the boy picking nose" onto a t-shirt, although that t-shirt will have to be white and I will do the whole thing in simple navy blue. I love painting t-shirts. I want to cut the bottoms off some of my pants and make them into shorts, and then use the extra fabric to make silly dresses and stuff. I am on a very big thirfty kick, on everything from clothes to food. Yesteday I made stir-fried rice with about half the ingredients from the fridge and now our fridge is much cleaner. Today I'm cleaning out more stuff from the fridge to make pasta. Okay I'm done now I am going to go take the practice SATs.

P.S. I also made French Toast this morning for my parents and they liked it a lot. My mom stole one-half a toast from me, but that was okay. I also had a fudgsicle for breakfast and that was good too. I haven't been to the gym in four days. I am going to go today after I make lunch, although I have decided to not run for a couple of months because my legs are getting too muscular. I never thought the day would come when I wasn't flabby and soft anymore, but it is here.

P.P.S. Thank you to Alistair for the dear little package. And yes, to answer your question from weeks ago, I would love to hear the new Hidden Cameras album, and I would love to hear the new Adam Green album too. The plasticine nose is back, by the way.
